- 1 bottle of 18 Eighty Nine Sauvignon Blanc
3 shots apple liqueur
3 tblsp of sugar or Stevia
1 fresh lime, sliced
1 fresh lemon, sliced
2 ripe peaches, cut into wedges
3 ripe green apples, seeded & cut into wedges
1 punnet fresh raspberries
- Combine sugar, liqueur, lime, lemon, peaches & apples in a large jug. Cover the fruit with Sauvignon Blanc and chill for 2-3 hours
- To serve, spoon fruit into glasses and add a few fresh raspberries. Pour liquid over the fruit and top with soda water.
Sauvignon Blanc makes a delicious accompaniment to a prawn rice paper rolls with a soy/fish dipping sauce. Or why not try it with a traditional Caesar salad?
