The Wine

Named after Patricia Brown, the Patricia range is a combination of the best that we can do in viticulture and winemaking, and it is very special to the company and the Brown family. The wines must pass our strict selection criteria to be released, which is why we don’t release every vintage. It is 51 years since the first release of the Noble Riesling in 1962 and this wine continues to impress.

The Grape Variety

The wine was bottled with an alcohol of 9.5%, a pH of 3.43, an acid level of 7.4g/L and a residual sugar level of 188g/L.
