A medium to full-bodied wine with a good length. This well-structured wine is impressive in youth, but will age with grace and poise.

The Grape Variety

The fruit was harvested in mid March at a baumé level of 13.5º. Following fermentation the wine spent 10 months in older French oak barriques and puncheons. The wine was bottled with an alcohol of 13.5%, a pH of 3.37, and an acid level of 5.6g/l.
