The Wine

This is the fifth Sparkling Rosé wine to be released by Brown Brothers and follows the first method of blending a small portion of red wine to get the salmon colour. *Suitable for vegans and vegetarians.

The Grape Variety

The wine was bottled soon after fermentation and was completed with an alcohol of 12.5%, a pH of 3.24 and an acid level of 6.0g/L.
